At Lucid we aim to ensure that our training courses are inspiring and informative rather than formal.
Why?
It is not difficult to get a few positive comments to advertise. At Lucid, we want to be as honest and straightforward as possible, so we have decided to list every single comment from all our course feedback forms, not just the very best ones (except for a couple where we just could not decipher the hand writing). We believe that this demonstrates the quality of our training very clearly - and we don't have to decide which comments to use!
Please note:

The primary purpose of the course report forms is to help us make the courses even better. We always ask the trainees to be critical, and encourage comments on anything they feel could be improved.

Once the delegates get going, one recurring comment is "more days, please". Problem is, neither the delegates nor their managers will pay for this

Delegates on a course often have very diverse backgrounds. If most are happy, a few find it difficult and a few easy, then we are happy that the level is about right

Most delegates just tick the boxes and do not write any comments - especially on courses finishing Friday afternoon!

Delegates on company courses may not appreciate that we do not have access to highly confidential information about their company's particular systems
